[Solved] OK Install and Registration error

I would ask you for advice. I can not register at all ZipMagic. To start the installation profile administrator to install, then enter when you start the registration information that you sent me and will show the message that they are bad. ZipMagic and DiskZIP I bought a month ago. When they want to uninstall it is not.

Uninstall both products first.

Then restart your PC, and reinstall DiskZIP only.

Please note, you do not need to install both ZIPmagic and DiskZIP. DiskZIP is the superset of both products, so just install DiskZIP. In fact, you cannot install both ZIPmagic and DiskZIP at the same time, so I am not sure how you reported that as having been already done.
