Unable to Cap. Problem

Postby Mark » Thu Aug 21, 2014 10:42 pm

I am trying to test your product with the goal of being able to make a WIM Boot for our company tablets (Dell Venue 8 Pros).
So I created a brand new VMware image of Win 8.1.1 Pro x86. Everything installed fine including ZIPmagic. I started the
software and it wanted to reboot, so I let it, upon coming up I let it run received the following error, Please advise?

thank you, Mark

I have been able to reproduce the issue, it appears isolated to 32 bit usage. I will have a resolution for you shortly. Thank you very much for reporting!

Unfortunately, our 32 bit support was broken. We have implemented a fix and are in the final stages of testing.

I have done some preliminary testing of the 64 bit version and it looks Very Promising. :D But since the Dell Venue 8 Pro are only x86 and not supported if one were to switch to x64, that is still my primary area of interest, and probably the same for all those who saw your post on . Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you very much for your kind words!

I have great news, the issue has been resolved successfully and ZIPmagic 12.2 is currently live on the download page, with full 32 bit support.

Please don’t hesitate to let me know if I may be of further help, and once again thank you very much for your interest and kind words!
