[Solved] Unable to install

I downloaded ZIPmagic, but the file will not open and run. I have tried multiple downloads with the same result.

Could you please attach a screenshot?

What is your exact operating system version, bitness, hard disk free space, and available RAM?

Please share as many details as you can, so we may troubleshoot the issue.

Thank you for arranging a TeamViewer session.

For other users who were experiencing this issue: Chrome for some reason could not successfully download the setup file. Using Firefox on this system solved the problem. Not sure what the problem was with Chrome, because it works when tested locally here.
