Registration key fails on 12.78

Just updated to 12.78 from the main site but now find that my license key no longer works rendering doublespace useless as I can no longer use max space

I have tried both the msn and the exe installers and both are the same and refuse to accept my license key and as I no longer have a 12.77 installer I can not install that to go back to a working version.

I have also tried to use doublespace from 12.78 to restore my zip magic.wimp file backup from 2 days ago and that just gives an error that it cannot find the recovery image and aborts

So my zip magic install is now well and truly messed up with no way back to a working version

DoubleSpace 2, included in ZIPmagic 12.78, is a major version upgrade. Therefore, we had to change our serial number algorithm.

Users who are not current on their maintenance plan may upgrade to the latest version at a very high discount.

Just email sales/support, or private message, to receive your upgrade coupon - which will be issued immediately after the validation of your account.

i tried to send an email to support, it failed because "no valid MX hosts found".
So how to send emails to you?
I wanted to ask for upgrade condition, i buyed ZIPmagic 12.77 just 2 weeks ago.
