Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you buy a ZIPmagic licence from ZIPmagic Software, Inc.
Effective 19 October 2026
The short version
You pay once and the licence is yours to keep: no subscription and no expiry. PayPro Global takes your payment and issues your invoice, and your licence key is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Try the software free before you buy, and see the Refund Policy if you change your mind.
1
Scope
These terms apply to every ZIPmagic licence you buy through zipmagic.co. By placing an order you agree to them. They cover the purchase. How you may use the software is covered by the EULA; if the two conflict about use of the software, the EULA applies. OEM, bundling and volume licences are agreed separately, by email.
2
Who you are buying from
ZIPmagic Software, Inc. ("ZIPmagic", "we", "us") publishes the software and licenses it to you. Licences are sold through PayPro Global, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. PayPro Global charges your payment method, issues your invoice, and collects and remits any sales tax or VAT. PayPro Global's own terms apply to the payment itself.
3
Price and payment
- The price and currency are shown at checkout before you pay. It is a single payment for a perpetual licence. Nothing renews.
- Tax, where it applies, is added at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.
- We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order you have already placed.
4
Your licence
A licence is perpetual: it does not expire and has no renewal fee. What it allows is set out in the EULA. To move a licence to another computer, or to transfer it to someone else, email support@zipmagic.co from the address used for the order and quote your order reference.
5
Delivery
ZIPmagic is delivered digitally and nothing is shipped. Download zipmagic.exe from zipmagic.co. After payment is confirmed, your licence key is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then email us with your order reference.
6
Try before you buy
The software can be downloaded and tried for free, and we recommend trying it on your own hardware before you buy. Files and disks already compressed stay readable if the trial ends or the software is removed.
7
Refunds
If you change your mind, the Refund Policy explains what you can claim back and how.
8
Licence keys
Keep your licence key private. We may deactivate a key that has been shared publicly, obtained by fraud, or whose payment was reversed or charged back.
9
Warranty and liability
The warranty disclaimer and the limits of liability for the software are in the EULA. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
10
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
11
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we post the new version here and update the effective date. Changes apply to orders placed after that date.
